Zacapa No.23 Centenario

This Guatemalan rum is matured using the solera system, a process used in sherry pro-duction in which different styles of rum are continuously blended and aged in a succession of casks to ensure balance and complexity. The end result is a unique blend of rums aged 6 to 23 years old with captivat-ing notes of honey, caramel, spiced oak and dried fruit.
