Yvonne Mwangi was appointed to the position of Managing Director of Seychelles Breweries in September 2023. Yvonne has over 20 years’ business experience, having worked previously for The Coca-Cola Company and Weetabix in East Africa before joining Kenya Breweries Limited in 2016 as Head of Customer Marketing. In July 2019, Yvonne moved to Global Sales to lead Africa’s Commercial Transformation programme as EDGE Implementation Manager.
In December 2020, Yvonne rejoined Kenya Breweries as Head of Sales Nairobi, before making the move as MD of Seychelles Breweries Limited. Yvonne holds an MBA from University of the Free State in South Africa, and Bachelor of Science in International Business Administration from United States International University in Kenya.

Mrs. Noel Goueth Epse Yao Toffe joined SBL in November 2022 after joining Diageo in 2004. She is an experienced Finance Manager with a proven record of establishing cross-functional partnerships to set and deliver bold objectives of multi-million pounds across manufacturing and commercial business. With 19 working years in the finance profession, she holds with honours, a Msc in Accounting & Finance and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, both from the Catholic University of Central Africa in Cameroon. She joined Diageo as a graduate in the first Early Career Program launched in Cameroon in 2004 and she has progressed through several roles in financial planning & reporting, business performance management, commercial finance, supply finance and finance control with a strong drive for transformation. In 2019 she was successfully selected for the pan-African Diageo CFO Excellence Program and worked for many Diageo units across Africa and La Reunion.

Shirley is SBL’s Human Resources Director and is nearing six years with the company. She has spent two decades in HR functions across key industries in Seychelles with among the largest employers in the banking, manufacturing and telecommunications sectors. Shirley has a BA with Honours in Human Resources Management from Solent University in Southampton, UK.

Amanda has 17 years of experience in SBL. Throughout her tenure at Diageo, Amanda has exhibited exceptional leadership in various capacities within the Commercial Function. Amanda joined SBL in the graduate management program in 2007 and spent her first 2 years in rotation within sales as well as a 6-month program as Team Leader in the Supply Function for Line C. Her areas of commercial expertise are Field Sales Leadership, Key Account Management and Customer Marketing. Amanda’s purpose is to inspire people to strive to be better in both their professional and personal lives.

Felix was appointed SBL Supply Chain Director in November 2022 and has been with Diageo for 17 years.He joined Diageo as a Graduate Management Trainee in 2005 and has gained rich experiences in both leadership and functional skills in Supply Chain Excellence, Operations Management, Project Management, Innovations,Coaching and Mentorships, as well as working in different cultures with people of diverse backgrounds. He has worked in multiple countries including United Kingdom, Ethiopia, Kenya and Tanzania. Felix has a Degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Nairobi and currently pursuing MBA (Marketing) from University of Leicester (UK) and has a Diploma in Brewing from the Institute of Brewing and Distilling (UK).”

Roland Ofori is the Marketing and Innovations Director for SBL. His purpose is to create an enabling environment for people to succeed. With over a decade experience in building iconic brands and growing world class talents across multiple markets, he is committed to leading the charge in shaping our esteemed Diageo portfolio, with a strong focus on fostering team growth. Starting his career as electrical and electronic engineer, he has successfully navigated various key areas of the corporate world comprising engineering, production, strategy, commercial and brand building which gives him a unique end to end perspective and approach to getting things done. He has a BSc in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and technology, an MBA in Marketing from the University of Ghana Business school, and a certificate in Behavioral Science from Yale School of Management.

Alice was appointed to manage the other Indian Ocean markets (including Reunion, Mauritius, Madagascar) in January 2023. She joined Diageo in 2017 as customer marketing manager, and has since gained experience in distributor management, supply chain efficiency, commercial finance, and innovations implementation as she worked her way through her different roles within the company. Alice has a Business Bachelor’s degree from UNCW (USA), and a second Bachelor’s degree in Management from Kedge Business School (France).
